Practical Approaches to Reducing the Cost Burden Associated With Diabetes-Related Care

CME Instructions
To be eligible for CME credit, physicians should:
  1. Read the CME course overview.
  2. Review information about the faculty.
  3. Study the content of the CME program.
  4. Successfully complete and submit the CME posttest.
  5. Complete and submit the evaluation and registration forms.
A physician may take the CME course posttest up to two times. Participants must achieve a passing grade (70% or higher) to receive credit. A Certificate of CME Credit for successful completion of the posttest will be made available to the Physician via a link, upon which clicking the link will open a PDF of that Physician's CME Certificate. At that time, the Certificate will be available for printing, and can be saved to the Physician's computer.
